AZA United employs a dynamic team of licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide services and supports in a variety of programs.  Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is foundational to our treatment philosophy, and as the organization grows we are always looking for talented and passionate BCBAs to join our team.  Programs include early intensive behavioral intervention, adolescent and young adult crisis intervention, clinical family coaching, and school-based consultation.

We offer full-time salaried positions for BCBAs with highly competitive pay and excellent benefits.  Available positions include Clinical Specialist, Senior Clinical Specialist, and Senior Clinical Supervisor.  Compensation is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.  For candidates with senior level experience and qualifications, manager roles may be available.
